1. Do I need a reservation?
A reservation is required to guarantee an available place. You can easily reserve a place online or by phone by calling +54 (0) 11 2710 1964. If you do not need a guaranteed place, you must only show up at McParking® at any time without notice.
2. Does McParking really provide a 24-hour service?
Yes, we are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
3. Can I modify or cancel my existing reservation?
Yes, you have the option of using the link in the confirmation email or on our website, top right, below the language selection, by selecting the "My reservation" button. In the registration form, enter the email address used in the reservation and the reservation number (MCP ...). Once in your reservation you can make changes. At the end of the operation, choose "Update" (you will receive an updated reservation confirmation by email), "Cancel your reservation" (you will receive a confirmation email for cancellation) or "Leave the reservation unsaved" (any changes not will be backed up). If the day of arrival is today or tomorrow, you will not be able to make changes, but you can still ask for help from our staff at info@mcparking.com.ar or at +54 (0) 11 2710 1964
4. Is it really safe to park on McParking?
Your car is parked in a fenced and closed property. And we are at your disposal 24 hours.
5. How is the payment made?
Parking payment will be made online.
6. ... and if the return flight is delayed?
At McParking, our staff is 24 hours a day, allowing you to reach your car at any time of the day.
7. Transfer between the airports of Buenos Aires?
